Whether you’re selling, presenting, managing people, performing, learning a new skill or parenting, self-confidence is at the heart of everything. Lack of confidence can hold us back from achieving the things we really want in our personal and professional lives. Without confidence we cannot take the steps we need to change, to grow and to become our best selves. Self-confidence allows us to live the life we really want and to be comfortable with our own choices.

The Art of Confidence workshop will help you to:

  • Assess your confidence levels across all areas of your life
  • Prioritise the areas you want to improve
  • Examine the values that are intrinsic to you
  • Isolate the things you can control and accept the things you can’t
  • Explore your fears and how to overcome them
  • Identify the skills you need to master
  • Design a strategy to improve your self-confidence
  • Appreciate your achievements as they come

Who is it aimed at?

The Art of Confidence workshop is a group workshop aimed at individuals who want to step up their performance and learn to overcome professional and personal limitations whether it be; speaking up, parenting, advancing your career, contributing effectively to a team or coping more effectively with set-backs.
