Natasha is a Director of Stillwater Communications and is one of Ireland’s leading communications experts and confidence coaches. Her background includes working with Carr Communications, RTÉ and Fianna Fáil.
Natasha believes that confidence is essential in all aspects of our lives, and has developed the Art of Confidence workshop which she delivers to organisations. Natasha works with a broad range of clients including large retail brands such as Brown Thomas, VHI, Arnotts and Tesco and NGOs such as Médecins Sans Frontières and Barnardos.
Natasha heads up the Stillwater PR team and is responsible for designing and executing Stillwater’s successful PR campaigns and events. These include: Pieta House, Dundalk IT, Ageing Well Network, Elave skincare, food brand Nusli and the education charity Suas. As a native Irish speaker, she has had a leading role in looking at new ways to promote the Irish language and Irish-language organisations such as Foras na Gaeilge and Oireachtas na Gaeilge.
She is a regular keynote speaker at conferences, seminars, and within organisations on topics that include Confidence to Succeed, Presenting with Confidence, What Women Really Want At Work and The Daughterhood. She has delivered keynote speeches at events such as Accenture’s International Women’s Day, Pfizer’s internal staff engagement day and Retail Excellence Ireland’s conference.
Her first book The Daughterhood with Róisín Ingle was a number one bestseller in Ireland and has now been sold to Korea, Italy, Germany, Portugal, South Africa and New Zealand.
She is also an accomplished cook; Asian cooking is her favourite cuisine and her newfound love is the spiralizer.
