Laurita Blewitt
With a background in politics, broadcasting and public relations Laurita is the latest addition to the Stillwater Communications team. Laurita is a graduate of Ballyfermot College with a Higher National Diploma with a distinction in general media (Radio, Television and Print Media).
Laurita’s extensive experience includes reporting for the Mayo News, producing and presenting on Mid West Radio and iRadio 102-104FM and 105-107 FM. She produced and co-presented Tommy Tiernan’s and Hector Ó hEochagáin’s Show while in iRadio. Laurita honed her communication skills and gained further media insight when she worked for Fine Gael candidate Deputy John O’Mahony who was re-elected to the 31st Dáil.
Laurita is a sports fanatic, she loves outdoor pursuits and has represented Mayo at various levels in Ladies Football.
